There’s something about pickleball that’s hard to describe but easy to feel. Maybe it’s the laughter on the courts. Maybe it’s the 68-year-old beginner playing with a 22-year-old. Or maybe it’s just the simple joy of getting back in the game.
This year at The GOOD Games, more than 260 pickleball players from across the country did just that, stayed in the game. Seasoned competitors to brand new players, our amateur pickleball tournament brought people together to compete and connect through sport.
And that’s just the beginning.
We believe amateur sport deserves a spotlight. That’s why we’re growing our pickleball tournaments across the country, working closely with Onix Pickleball Canada, the official partner and ball of our2025 tournament, and with the Canadian National Pickleball League (CNPL), who helped run this year’s event.

The energy was electric. Kids played with Onix gear on the Learn-to-Play courts. Fans watched the special Guelph Notables match with local personalities. And hundreds played, cheered, and connected through one of Canada’s fastest-growing sports.
